Now a leading voice in mental health, he brings both professional insight and lived experience to his work, splitting his time between London and rural France.
As Executive Officer of the Mindful Business Charter, Richard leads a growing movement of organisations committed to reducing unnecessary stress and creating healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
