On or about 1 April 2010 the appellant and her husband (“Mr and Mrs X”) entered into a contract with the respondent, under which Kuoni agreed to provide a package holiday in Sri Lanka. In the early hours of 17 July 2010, the appellant was making her way through the grounds of the hotel.
