Two recent cases have highlighted that claimants continue to experience problems with the service of claim forms. The coronavirus pandemic may well throw up yet more satellite litigation on this issue. In Stanley v London Borough of Tower Hamlets (2020) EWHC 1622 (QB) the defendant applied to set aside a default judgment and for relief from sanctions.
