FOIL Update – Rehabilitation Joint Proposals

At the end of last year FOIL reported on the conclusion of its rehabilitation initiative which had led to the creation of a cross-industry working group which had developed proposals on the provision of rehab as part of the new RTA claims portal. The proposals were agreed by a wide range of stakeholders including insurers, the ABI, APIL, MASS, and several rehabilitation providers. The proposals were sent to the MOJ at their request in December 2018, in the hope that they would be included in the MOJ’s long overdue response to Part 2 of its 2016 whiplash consultation.
