FOIL Update – Irish Government consults on the Discount Rate

Against a background of negative discount rates in England and Wales and Scotland, and proposals for a minus 1.75% rate in Northern Ireland, the Department of Justice and Equality has issued a consultation on the discount rate and how it should be set in Ireland.
