Motions which were originally listed for hearing in the Common Law List on the 30TH March 2020 will now be heard over the week commencing 14th July 2020. Where one of the parties involved in a motion is a lay litigant, the solicitors on record for the other party must inform the lay litigant of the hearing date and time.
