The aim of this research was to better understand the continued barriers to entry and progression and the challenges faced by the BAME community within the legal profession. The second stage of this project is about to begin and will consist of virtual roundtables and an online survey. The virtual roundtables will be held over the course of the next two months (by DJS Research). They will bring together groups of up to six participants and the sessions will be run under Chatham House rules. The full names of participants and their employers will not be visible to other participants.
