A register of specialist personal injury and clinical negligence mediators is now available, exclusively, to APIL, FOIL and MASS (AFM) members. The AFM register has been developed by the three organisations with support from the Civil Mediation Council. The AFM register of mediators project was co-ordinated by specialist personal injury and clinical negligence mediator Tim Wallis, and aims to ensure that members of the three organisations have the necessary information to select a mediator who is right for their case and who meets the common standards agreed by the three organisations.
