The FOIL response was drafted following extensive discussion with the membership, through the SFTs and a FOIL members’ meeting; liaison with insurer clients and the ABI; and detailed consideration of the issues by the Costs SFT. The full FOIL response is now available on the website, with the headlines set out below. The CJC’s response is awaited.
