FOIL is working with the Law Society, the Bar Council and APIL to register concern about the proposed increase in Court fees.
The agreed approach is that FOIL members who also feel strongly about the issue should write to their own local MP using the template available to download here
If you do chose to use this letter format to contact your MP please FOIL CEO Laurence Besemer know so that we can keep a record of the number of protests registered by FOIL members.
