The Building Safety Bill – the regulatory framework for fire safety in response to Grenfell Tower, introduced to the House of Commons on 5 July 2021 – has taken a significant step forward, following introduction of ‘Planning Gateway One’ earlier this month.

Writing for Property Notify, Property Litigation Associate Priya Sejpal, believes Planning Gateway One is “the least burdensome of the three stages” of the Building Safety Bill.
