I am sorry to say that the take up for the event has not been what we had hoped for (80 to 100). Having made some enquiries we feel that this may be due to the nature of the topic - it limits our audience in terms of Insurance Lawyers, and the fact that the laws remain relatively new, albeit Steffan has had some notable success recently with the CA decision in the R v James Porter.
As such, we have taken the very difficult decision of postponing the event. I must apologise, to you on behalf of FOIL, for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you those of you who have supported this event.
We will use our best efforts to re-schedule if possible during the third quarter of the year and will keep you informed.
